  We are so thankful for Gary’s service. We were worried about finding someone to help fix our boiler the midnight before Thanksgiving. Not only were they responsive, quick, and professional, they were affordable and reasonable. Thank you Gary, Patty, and Anthony.

  Called first thing in the morning, to diagnose why my forced air furnace would not run but spewed black smoke. Gary rushed right over and proved just the right man to figure out the problem - completely blocked flue from frozen condensate. Then together, at minus 35, he helped me muscle apart the existing metal bestos flue which was not just twist-locked and strapped at the splices, but also frozen together at the joints of the horizontal run! While I got the new supplies, he continued working on getting the furnace operational again and by the time I got back we put everything back together and fired her up. The whole procedure was about as efficient and painless as possible given the crazy circumstances, and I'm really happy that he worked with me to divide and conquer the problem so I had minimal down time.

  I have used Gary's burner service for the entire seven years I have been in my home and recommended them to friends as well as utilizing them for client work through my company. The service was always prompt, professional, well executed, and at a fair price. You really can't go wrong with them for heating service work in the interior.
