Woke up this morning to discover I had no hot water. These guys were great. I called them at 9:50 AM and had my new water heater Installation completed by 1 PM. Installer even had to rush back to their supplier to get a different size water heater which saved me over $2000 Re- plumbing. The installer was super personable and informative and respectful while on site. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Jafco plumbing and sewer!

My partner noticed a pool of water forming around the water meter a couple weeks ago. We called the city and they determined it was our responsibility. Our next call was to Jafco. The project manager gave us a bid on the spot and had a crew out 2 hours from the time we called. Very happy with how quick they were out here. I even scheduled them to come back and check out the inside plumbing just to make sure we won't have anymore surprises.

Came home to sewage in our basement. Jafco had George and Alex out within an hour. They were able to find a spot to run their snake without having to take the toilet off. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend.
