Jason and Xavier showed up on day 1 on time and ready to go. No shortcuts with these gentlemen or their company. Everything was done exactly as they said it would be with no hidden expenses. The sump pump quit on us just prior to much rain. As the water table rose, so did the water in our basement. But sure enough, it was Jack Hall plumbing to the rescue. In two days they took care of everything including our worry. The most frustrating thing of the whole process was our yappy little dogs, but they handled that nicely as well. I’ve used many plumbing services over the years but now will only use one. Thank you Jason, Xavier and Jack Hall plumbing.

When I moved into my new house I had a whole list of projects that needed to get done and Jack Hall has really been great to work with. They zoned my HVAC, installed a water heater, and a team even voluntarily worked overtime on their weekend to replace our furnace, which went out in the middle of winter. It's apparent this is a company that takes a lot of pride in their work. I'm impressed by their knowledge and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Our furnace wasn’t keeping up to temperature. We called Saturday afternoon and the tech called back and asked many questions and for photos to avoid us needing an emergency visit. It couldn’t be diagnosed, he arrived promptly and assessed the furnace. Before replacing a part he looked at “one other thing” and that was the problem. He stayed the full hour to be sure our boiler heated up properly and that we would have heat. Dane was great and I would recommend Jack Hall Plumbing and Heating to anyone!
