  The person who answers the Phone is very unprofessional. They came out made a quote to dig the pump up set a date to start. Then they came out to start. Said they decide to try to pull it first. When they tired to pull the pump out they busted the chain it's on. They then told me it will be another week until they can dig it up. I told them I would find someone new and more professional for the job. I would recommend anyone else but Jack Doughty Well & Pump Services.

  We had no water around 10pm, called him at 8am, they were already doing another job but got out here by 10:30am and had our water back up and going by 1pm!!!! Super friendly, accurate estimates ((not to pricey but we needed a new pump and other parts)) and fast service! The help he brought along (nephew) was knowledgeable and kind. They did wonderfully! Would definitely recommend this business to anyone with a well!!

  The Best! He was great. The water in my home started running really dirty. It had been coming out of the faucets weaker and weaker also and it was barely a heavy trickle the past few months. This was a Sunday night. When I called he rushed out even though it was after 9 pm. The owner of Doughty Well & Pump (Jack) was outside until after midnight finding the well and digging it up and working on it. He put in chemicals to clean my well and took out the pump. The next morning he was back at 5 am working away. He finished the job quickly and my water was running clean that same day. My pump had needed to be replaced because it could barely pump water. But, to buy a new one, it would take all the money I had and some I didn't! He knew I didn't have any options. So he told me he would try to figure something out. He left and came back in an hour with a old used pump. He cleaned it and repaired it. I found out a week later from a mutual friend (who suggested I call Jack Doughty Well & Pump Service) that he was backed up and had several people ahead of me when I called him. Because I have children and an elderly step father in poor health, he came out late Sunday to get my water done ahead of the others without getting behind on other jobs. And the best was it was less than half of what I expected when I called him to do the job. It was even lower than what he quoted me because the pump cost next to nothing. Thank you so much Jack! I will tell everyone to use Jack Doughty Well & Pump Service. He was absolutely professional, fast, cheap, knowledgeable, and worked hard to help me out. A business that tries to help people save money and do a high quality job at the same time. Can't beat that! Oh and one more thing. He also had to come in and out my home a few times to work. He unlaced his boots every time and left them outside so he didn't track any dirt in. I told him he didn't have to remove them because it seemed like a task in itself. He said he dislikes when professional people he hires don't remove their boots and drag dirt across his floor & carpet. He told me he wasn't going to do what most people do would do because he wants to provide a better service that others. Wow!! Great Job!! Above and Beyond!!
