  Mr. Villareal made sure that all of my plumbing needs were met, and that's about all you can ask for. He has excellent customer service skills and you can tell he cares about your situation. Highly recommend this company.

  From the moment I called the manager was very nice and professional. I got an estimate from another company and they quoted me 1200 or more. I found Villarreal Plumbing and thats when everything changed i sent him a picture of the damage and i explained what my issue was he literally solved the issue with a picture. He sent his worker and he fixed our problem in 3 minutes and not only did he save me 1200 dollars. We didnt nearly spend that ! His worker was bilingual and that was great because my in laws speak spanish. From the beginning the manager wanted to save me money and did he EVER. I highly recommend this company they will do right by you and you can trust them to be honest and save you the most money they can. There is no point looking anywhere else for a plumber. Im a customer for life.

  The worst experience from the beginning to the end, called this company to make an appointment due a shower leak, waited for technician and didn't arrive, called company and they were not aware of this appointment, anyways they set up an appointment for same date, someone came to my house stated price per visit was $50 i agreed with the price, technician stated he needed to run a test to detect the leak on the shower and would need to schedule an appointment, the price will be $140 and tech visit fee would be deducted from that if i wanted to do it, i agreed with price given.. again tech didn't showed up on appointment scheduled , had to call this company again and the person answering the phone was not aware again of any pending appointment , she actually mentioned that several people had already complained about the guy that came to my house for the same issue(which i think is a little bit stupid to make such a bad comment about someone that works for the same company) ... They were able to get another guy to come to my house did the leak test and mentioned like 3 different things that maybe causing the leaking , no straight answer about what the problem was and or how to resolve it, i ended it up having the same questions, problem was not fixed but now i had to pay a bill for $140 for nothing Aside from that they wanted to charge me $200 instead of $140 (AS IT WAS AGREED) , not receipt was given on tech visit , payment given was $60 and technician didn't have the change for a $20 dollar bills TOTAL MESS
