You can't take the people at face value. A local plumber recommended I check this place for an item and to speak to Ana. The people there are really big on pushing water softeners, apparently there is a hard water issue in the area which I could attest to because where I'm from the water taste much better straight from the tap and there isn't much scale buildup on appliances. They gave me a brochure to look over. After looking through it and researching online I come across something that would serve our needs at the price point we were capable of. I go back to the store to see if they have the item in stock, they don't but am told by Ana that they can get it shipped to the store from the warehouse the next day and that they'd call me when it arrives. Next day comes, no call so I call before days end, NO ITEM. I call the next day, STILL NOTHING. This goes on for about A WEEK while at one point when speaking to Ana she states, she even FORGOT to put in the transfer. After that I think, I just spoke to her she will surely put in the request. NOPE! I know this because when calling again Dahlia stated that the request doesn't seem to been made. I ask for the warehouse number. After being shuffled by 3 different people I finally get to someone who confirms that the request was NEVER made and that it will be at the store Monday, they don't ship on weekends, it's a Friday. Monday arrives, I call to verify and it has finally been sent to the store. When getting to the store I head to the display floor cause that is where Ana and Dahlia's desks are. Ana isn't there but Dahlia knows me so well from all the calls. I look at the box and it seems smaller than it should be because when talking to the manufacturer they stated the NSAS 6500 is about 2 feet in length and this box is about a foot. So now I'm ticked because this isn't even the item. I tell Dahlia this is not the item and she looked at me like I was mistaken. I had to point out the model number for her to agree. She goes in the back and comes out now with a box that is ALREADY opened with dust all over the item and insects crawling in the box. Even more peeved because now I'm thinking how long has this thing been sitting here, why are they showing me a item that has clearly been used (the mounting bracks were attached) and was this thing at the store the whole time?! I tell her I'm not taking this item unless I can get a 6 month assurance that it is functional because get this, THAT'S THE ONLY ONE THEY HAD AT THE WAREHOUSE. They say they can't and I tell them this item is clearly opened, been sitting there for God knows how long and that it looks to have been used. She calls a higher up and they put a request to order a new one, but get this, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE $25 SHIPPING! She now talks to the store owner/partner, David Pena who had come out his office a few moments earlier to see what the commotion was but didn't say A WORD, to ask if anything can be done and this guy doesn't even bother coming out his office but tells her 10% off is the best they can do!? This GREASY GUY, with his OPENED, UNBUTTON shirt, chest hair all out and gold chain and rings doesn't even have the decency to come out his office which is right next to Dahlia's desk. I ask her to speak to him. I go into his office where he clearly has heard everything that has gone on but refuses to acknowledge their unsavory customer service where in any other event they would have to order more of the item for stocking in their warehouse because they have 5 FREAKING STORES in the area. This guy DAVID PENA was not only a COWARD but very rude in trying to imply that I only needed one and that I am not aware of how things “work in the real world.” I don't live in a damn mansion, why would I need more than one but for any other potential customer who would need the item, WHY WOULDN'T YOU ORDER MORE FOR STOCK!? This is one customer/sale he will not receive and I hope anyone reading this would be VERY wary of doing business with this company as well, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE NOT A LOCAL! *WINK* *WINK*

Bad experience on top of delta products being sold seperatly they didnt have any parts to said product i had bought kinda dumb to be buying parts seperately. 0⭐s
