  Warning!!! Do not use JT plumbing! Our water heater went out this week & they were the first available plumber to come out. He quickly determine that we have a “slew of issues” then told me the parts were on back order with no available eta. Went on and on about supply chain issues etc… this made our only option a new water heater, ours is only 5 years old. They had my card information and although I asked him for 30 minutes to call my husband and do my due diligence he immediately ran my card for the 4700 replacement water heater. He tried to play to my emotions, telling me he noticed we had 3 kids & could have it done by 3 pm. Then called back and offered me $900 off his initial quote, even though they’d already charged my card. A friend recommended Aspen plumbing & I’m so glad she did. They could not come out yesterday but after a quick, complimentary 10 minute appointment today he determined the wind blew off a vent that was causing the issue. Our water heater is back up and running. Free of charge. Give Aspen plumbing a call to save yourself money & a slew of lies.

  Highly recommend! Chris and Adam came out and found by kitchen sink to be completely plugged. Having already been told that they would solve my problem; they both worked four hours, and Adam then returned the following day to ensure my issues were fully resolved! All pipes were cleaned out and one was cut open to get rid of the clog caused by egg shells. I was made to promise I would never put egg shells in my garbage disposal again! They were extremely accommodating and affordable, and I will continue to come to them for any future needs.

  JT Plumbing was responsive, professional, and did the job they said they would do. However, they charged over $500 (after a 10% discount) to clear a clogged drain which is basically highway robbery. I paid $175 for almost the same service a few months before from a different company. I was in a tight spot and had few options and feel they had no problems pouncing on that. I would steer clear of them if you have any other viable options.
