  Our upstairs bathrooms weren't draining. Because our main and lower floor were ok, I called in as "not an emergency, whenever you can get to us." They said they could be over in an hour, but I think it was actually closer to half that. The tech was professional, personable, and took good care to prevent leaving a mess. It was a bit of a tricky job, because the clog was down the side of a T fitting, so the snake wasn't wanting to make that turn. Working together we were able to come at it after removing a fitting and then he was able to get a giant clog of hair out of the pipe. This is the second time I've had them come help with a clog, previous time was ~4 years ago, and based on both of these I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Amazing service! I called on a Friday night around 6 pm and Christian answered right away and came over within 5 minutes. He was professional and fast! I will for sure use them again and highly recommend them! Thanks

  Christian is the man!! He came early, was extremely polite and work oriented! I’ve tried to fix my drain problem for multiple days and he came through like Superman for me. Definitely would recommend Drain Doctors and if he’s around ask for Christian!! Thank you!
