John Hefner was great. He was profession and efficient. I discussed the plumbing problem with him on arrival and he suggested a couple of possible solutions from the easiest and less expensive to the more difficult. He was able to resolve the issue very quickly by using the easiest method. Next time I have a plumbing issue I will use J Stephens Plumbing and ask specifically for John Hefner. Dean Waters customer

I like J Stephens estimates because they are always fair and not inflated. And the estimate to repair a broken sewer pipe at my house was no different. As expected, the crew was on time, quick and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I will definitely continue to rely on J Stephens for my plumbing needs.

Not only did J Stephens Plumbing have a team out here within 2 hours of me calling, John and Austin were amazing! They identified the issue, got a replacement disposal, and had it installed in about 90 minutes. AND they were extremely nice, thoughtful, and gave us tons of great advice on avoiding the problem in the future. I will definitely be calling them next time!
