  New home build finished 2018. We have a top floor mini split unit serviced twice a year with most recent service by C and C Myers. No issues found. Two weeks later the drywall, our furniture, rug and wood floors damaged due to water leak from the mini split. Different C and C Myers tech came out to assess the issue and clearly shows the mini split was not leveled by previous tech therefore water could not exit the unit to exterior via drain line. Drain line was completely wide open. The tech immediately contacted the C and C Myers owner, Jim, who asked the tech why did it take me so long to notice water leaking and he will handle it. The mini split is on a floor not frequented often by myself or my family and problem was noticed once we could clearly hear the water leaking from the unit onto the table below it hence the call same day. I get a call from Jim the next day indicating this was a mini split issue and not C and C Myer issue and will not be responsible for the damages. After review of findings from his tech of the mini split being off level from recent C and C Myers PM service two weeks earlier causing the water not to exit the drain line, he insults my intelligence by stating from a mechanical engineering standpoint this is not possible. Common sense states water follows gravity and in this case it was not level after the PM service hence the water sitting in the mini split unit and going through my walls and cracking my less than 3 year old hard wood floors. The second tech was apologetic of the damage and mishap on behalf of C and C Myers which I told him accidents happen and I appreciated his time and showing me the problem. The issue in this case is with the owner, Jim who does not take responsibility for issues caused by his business. The service was recorded per company policy in his iPad and I have on record the entire interaction with the tech and owner and have attached some photos of the damages. Accidents happen but accountability by this owner, Jim, is sorely lacking.

  Robbie came out last week to do our regular HVAC maintenance. He explained everything in detail which allowed us to make a good decision on our next step. He returned two days later with a co-worker (I should have written down his name - my bad) and they cleaned and repaired the vents, ducts and blower. Both gentlemen were punctual and professional. The work was first quality. We shall definitely continue to use C&C Myers going forward.

  I am a totally satisfied customer!! Today two crews from.C&C Myers came to my home to service my Heat/AC unit and inspect my plumbing systems. Great service from Mel on Heat/AC and Michael and Steven on plumbing. They checked EVERYTHING and left me with a written report of my systems for my files. Everyone was professional and answered all my questions about maintenance and upkeep of CHS systems. I've had experiences with another firm doing these bi-yearly checks C&C Myers crew was by far the best!!! It is nice to experience this level of service these days and we appreciate it! Thank you guys!
