  I had Joe out on December 27th 2018 to install a new water signer that he provided. I had never had a water softener before and have assumed after all this time that it had been installed properly. I had a plumber out today for a different issue with a valve and while looking at my softener, it had been installed completely wrong and had never been working since the day I had it installed! Now because it was installed incorrectly the company won’t warranty any parts or labor. Thanks for nothing Joe! I’m $2k into another new softener after less than 3 years. I do NOT recommend this company.

  I recently contacted JC Plumbing for an estimate for a freezer line to be installed and for them to check my guest bathroom. When I called, the lady that answered was very nice. I noted and stressed that my crawl was a tight squeeze and probably had about 20-24 inches of clearance in most areas. She said that they should be able to get down there. Throughout the day, there was a no show during the time frame that Joe (the plumber tech) said he would arrive. I understand there can be delays in appointments and unforeseeable issues, however, the original appointment was for 9am and he missed the couple of times he said he would come. When Joe and his colleague arrived, they both seemed disinterested and clueless to the reason they were there. He ended up asking me what I needed done which I thought was strange since I would have thought that he would be debriefed about the job. Regardless, I told him what I needed done. As stated previously, my crawl is a tight squeeze, however Joe and his colleague simply put their feet in my crawl and just said that they cannot get down there. I feel bad since i know that they had a long day, however, the lack of communication, professionalism, and delays is the reason for this review.

  He unclogged my A/C drain. Had to chip away the concrete because the cleanout plug was buried. But he left the linoleum in tact, so it doesn't look that bad. And he put a new plug in place for next time. Going to recommend him to my neighbors.
