  I hired Bill to replace and upgrade my entire HVAC sytem. It was a large job with a bunch of variables, but it went smoothly and I’m very happy with the result. Bill handled much of the installation but also had a deep bench of specialists (electrician, sheet-metal guy for vents, AC guy). It was immediately apparent they had worked together in the past which made me feel more comfortable. While I interfaced with them directly on occasion, Bill was always available if I had questions and coordinated the entire project. I am seeing substantial savings ($100+ monthy), and my house is more comfortable to boot. Bill knows his stuff (worked both commercial and residential for many years), is patient (I asked a lot of questions), and fair (his quote matched or beat everyone else). I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again, and will recommend him to my friends and family.

  Complete rip off! $360 to replace a $20 furnace part! Simple job had it done before by others for much less. Integrity - what a joke. Would give no stars if I could.
