  I had a leaky pipe, and Intact was able to get someone over in 1 hour to check it out, and had it repaired within the next 30-45 minutes. It was a bit pricey in my mind for replacing a very small section of copper pipe ($325), but given their quick response and quality of work I'm OK with that. Definitely reliable and would use them again!

  My water heater tank burst and my basement was filled with 3 inches of water (see image). I called Intact and within 15(!) minutes from my call Shay from intact was on premise. It was Friday at 5 PM the end of the day - he could’ve easily not pick up however he did. He checked the pipes to make sure it is indeed the hot water boiler and not something else and after analyzing the situation he explained to me my options and gave me a quote. He then rushed to the supply store that was about to close at 5:30 to get a new water heater. By 7 PM the new water heater was installed and not only that he also brought a special vacuum to help get all the water from the floor - which saved us hours and hours of collecting water from the basement floor. When the job was done he sent me the photo fir my records. I could not be happier with the service and I would strongly recommend these guys.

  The job was done fine, 2 years ago. However they did not take out permit. I am selling the house, and failed the CO inspection for never having a permit for the hot water heater replacement. The worst part is that I called to ask them about it over a week ago, and can’t even get a courtesy call back to say “sorry”. Guess that got my money so who cares, right? Make sure they get the proper permits for work on your house, and don’t expect customer service after they get your money.
