  This company was recommended to me but I could not recommend this business after my poor experience with them. The owner came out and looked at job. What a nice guy he was. They promptly provided a quote which I accepted and responded with approval. This was a time sensitive work. They stated they would set an appointment time to come out and do the job. I ended up calling them on five different occasions over an eight week period to follow up. Each time, Connie said they would get with the owner to get it scheduled and call me back. I never received a single phone call back to schedule a time. After my last time calling, they sent me an email asking me questions on what I wanted done. I explained it was all in their quote and they should understand what was needed. I guess they didn't appreciate my response because I received an email from the company the same day saying they didn't have enough people to do the work so they would not follow through with their commitment. I can appreciate everyone is short-handed right now but it was the unprofessional lack of any follow up and the way the owner would not stand behind his word. He seemed like a real nice guy but I believe that when a company fails, it goes back to the leadership. This was a total failure and I ended up wasting a lot of time that I could have had another company do the work. It was time sensitive and now having to start again. I wish no harm to this organization but wanted to let others know of the experience before they waste a lot of time like what happened with us.

  I have used innovative plumbing and Jacob twice before and they have been great in the past. 2 years ago, they fixed a water main break for $250. They replaced a water heater for $1200 which is a bit much but I decided to keep using them and recommending them. Not anymore. They came out today and spent 2 minutes during normal hours (no window given to me) to auger out a clogged toilet. $175 for 2 minutes worth of work. The guy was nice, but I got other quotes calling around for $50. I decided to use Jacobs team bc of using them in the last, def was wrong to do so. So again, great people but expect inflated prices. Very inflated.
