  First let me say that they showed on time, and did install a faucet. However, since we used this company previously at least 4 times over 7 years, it doesn’t seem to be operating the same way. Previously we had 1 plumber, and the pricing was fair. I definitely did not feel that way this time. We wanted a new kitchen faucet installed. I asked for a roundabout price on the phone. I was told maybe around $245 because some old faucets are more difficult to remove. 2 plumbers showed up, not the same “1” we had before. It literally took them less than 20 minutes from the time they arrived, and the price was $240. Even one of the plumbers said it was a very easy install. When I said it took less than 20 minutes he said they have a minimum charge. We will never use this company again. I looked up what is a fair price in our area to install a kitchen faucet, and found $125-250...we were way on the high side for a 20 minute job. I will not use a company that charges the same for a 20 minute job versus 60 or 90 minutes. Do your homework before you hire this company. It is not the same family owned business that it used to be.

  I highly recommend David at DL Plumbing. He is friendly, professional & knows what he's doing! He is honest and took extra time to help me to understand what was causing my water leak.

  Amazing group of people willing to work with you. Constant communication through the entire process. Efficient, professional, and honest. I couldn't be more pleased.
