  Never thought I would be needing a new AC unit in the middle of December. Gotta love North East Texas and Industrial Air. So close to Christmas and not having a big bank account I was literally sweating trying to find a solution. Thanks to Whitney, Cody, and Gary’s hard work and Industrial Air’s finance options my family won’t be sweating through Christmas. Thanks Industrial Air.

  Very professional, & prompt. Replaced capacitor & fan motor. Unit is 13 yrs old, so figured as much. He was here & gone in 30 minutes.

  Absolutely the best!! My mom has used Industrial Air for years for air conditioning service. They have always given the best service. She is 87 yrs old and they understand the needs of the elderly and give prompt attention. She is very happy with the friendly, courteous customer service. They know how to treat people 🙂 Thank you so much for taking care of my mom. P.S. Her dog, Buddy is happy to see them also 😁
