  Imperial was the only plumber (out of probably the 10 I called) willing to give me any idea at all what the price might be to reseat a toilet. All the others insisted they had to come into my home first, which is a very shady sales tactic. They were very fast, very polite and told me everything they needed to do before they did it and showed me why. Highly recommend.

  I don’t normally have time for reviews but must give big shout out to Toby and Imperial for excellent and honest service today in Lewisville. Toby came to check sewer clog and found tree roots in line. He didn’t charge me because line was not clogged anymore, and because he couldn’t solve root issue. Hard to find good plumbers, and even harder to find those who do business in honest and respectful way. Will be my go-to plumber moving forward!

  Toby & Sam are professional, reliable & genuine. I had the main line replaced from the water meter to the house. Although it wan't cheap, it was well worth it and great peace of mind that no leaks will occur again. Toby took the extra time to educate myself about old quest plumbing that was installed in the late 80s early 90s resulting in many leaks like this one in the area. Will defiantly do business with them again! A+++
