  I put off replacing my AC/furnace as long as I could because I believed it would be a nightmare experience. From the first phone call all the way through install, I have been so happy and thrilled with the service. I knew I wanted to buy American and they knew exactly the unit I needed. I thought I would need a bigger unit and A#1 Air did not take advantage of my ignorance. They recommended a smaller unit that would meet my needs. Alex and Frank were on time, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to get the job right and make sure all my questions were answered. With the price match, I knew I was getting a good deal and they put a water heater in as well! Thank you for making this experience fun and I am so appreciative!

  Jonathan came out to install a surge protector on our home. We provided the surge protector itself, but he had a great switch cover for it and installed it seamlessly. He was helpful, patient, and explained everything very well. Will recommend them and use them in the future!

  Kory and Ethan were so nice and very pleasant. I needed my ac system refilled and they showed up asap and filled my system. It was very professional and I highly recommend using them! Thanks for the great experience.
