  I called them a couple times, left messages, and never received a call back. Very frustrating when you have an active leak in your home, and you don't know if they will come out or not.

  We needed our water heater replaced ASAP. I called left a voice mail last night. He called first thing in the morning. Checked out our water heater and replaced it before 1:30pm. Our family really appreciates it. Highly recommend them.
