  Was in immediate need of a plumber as the water heater had a crack on the back side and was leaking water. Stumbled upon I Need The Plumber. After reading some reviews, decided to call and glad we did. They tried their best to come out later that day but ended up being first stop next morning. Also called us letting us know when the plumber was en route. Even emailed us a photo of the plumber that was to arrive! Impressed with that. Jim was thorough , prompt, and professional. If you’re in need of a plumbing service I would gladly recommend I Need The Plumber.

  I cannot say enough great things about this company. I frantically called in the afternoon about a replacement and these guys were fast and efficient; same day service with a smile. I still can’t believe how quickly they responded, arrived, and managed to over-deliver. Thank you again!

  Alex exceeded my expectations which is every consumers ultimate compliment!! He was punctual, introduced himself and gave a detail explanation of the company, services and price options without being pressured after assessing the problems needing to be addressed. He followed Covid protocol. He is very very friendly and personable. He willingly explained his findings and provided the solutions. He did not show any negative attitude while I was watching him repair the items and me asking him questions like many other repairmen do. Once you experience this company you will have a hard time finding another that has set as a new level of repairmen expectations.He is more than an asset for this company!!! I definitely would recommend and use this company again.
