  I would recommend this supply house to all plumbing companies. I personally have been going to Bond since 1994. I have worked for 2 plumbing companies since '94. Was very happy with their products,prices and service. 👍🙂

  Had a failed water heater after 7 months that was purchased from Bond, ao Smith said to return it to the store for a replacement, bond won't take it unless I purchase another. Not good business!

  Good Morning Mr. Kolanovic The Warranty process is written that you start the process with A.O. Smith. Then they Issue you a warranty number. Then you bring that with the heater plate to us. We then help you with entering the claim. (which is not a Guarantee of warranty) We then sell you a new unit which we send the information on this new unit to A.O. Smith showing the replacement of your warrantied heater. (sometimes they request the heater be shipped back to the Factory. So the heater is needed as part of the warranty process.) They then review and make a decision on weather or not to issue you credit on your claim. Bond Plumbing Supply Inc. does NOT Warranty heaters we simply help you process your claim. After they issue the Credit Memo to us we send a check for the Credited amount. I am sorry if you did not understand how a heater warranty works. This is how this process works!!

  These people dont understand customer service. I showed up to showroom yo buy all the plumbing fixtures for my new home being fully remodeled. My budget for fuacets, toilets, and sinks is $9000. When i arrived in the showroom i was the only customer and there were 2 sales people sitting at thier desk doing nothing, one was eating an orange. I was never greeted and neither stood up so i looked around and then walked over to ask how i get prices. The guy eating the orange sitting at his desk said...."this is not home depot, we dont put prices on our products, it would be too much work". He then proceeded to tell me he only works by appointment,...i asked him how far out the appointments are. He asked what i need and i told him i need everything for a 3 bed 2.5 bath house...baths and kitchen. He looked at me annoyed and sarcastically said do u have a list, do u know ehat colors, do you know what style, do u kniw what brands. Whats the purpose of shopping and having a showroom uf you know all that? Hr then said they had appointments available after lunch and asked if i could come back after he finished his orange. I walked out because it was obvious this guy is arrogant and not going to be easy to work with and did not value my business. There are plenty of places to buy plumbing fixture from people who actually want to help you. Maybe the reason they had no customers at all in the showroom was the attitude of this lazy salesman.
