The response time was great since the furnace wasn't running at all and the temp outside was 26 degrees.  Dan was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and checked over everything to make sure it was running properly.  He was very professional, nice, polite and knowledgeable.  Thank you so much for the quick turnaround and getting our heat back on right away.

What I like most about Howald is that when you call you get a PERSON, not a machine saying punch a number for this or that service.  PLUS the person is friendly, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable.  The technician is equally so.  He listened to my less than technical explanation of "that funny noise,"  found the problem, and solved it.  He was courteous and experienced and provided additional helpful information about my equipment.  I highly recommend Howald.

We all wonder whenever we choose someone to come into our home and do work. Are they Good? Are they Trustworthy? Will I get a good value for my money? Will they do the work correctly?

I can say that the Howald people were exactly what we were looking for. They were fast, easy, accurate, complete, efficient, effective and pleasant. They respected our house. They kept the installation area clean. The water heater is solid and installed very well.  They removed all the debris.

We felt great about the process and the result. Seeing the workmanship was validation of our decision. We got two quotes. They were close to the other one. I am glad we chose them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new water heater.

Honest and fair. Larry was professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable re HVAC.  We had a very bad experience with a local competitor that turned out to be a national chain. Howald was our second call but will be our first from now on.

The plumber arrived in a timely manner, wore booties in the house, replaced a leaking old copper pipe that was badly corroded, educated me on what he was replacing and why, showed me where future issues might develop, cleaned up afterward. He was professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Howald again, if needed.
