Person answering the phone was pleasant, efficient, solicitous and let me know exactly what their staff would do to get on with our day and our toilet taken care of. Tyler arrived just when he said, gave me options and conversed with me, never anything but trustworthy and helpful. Got everything repaired or replaced and he double and triple checked every joint. He was done quickly and left the site clean. I am over the moon with delight for the service and product we received from Hope Plumbing!

      Response from the owner

Thank you, Nancy. We certainly appreciate your feedback and look forward to working with you again!

Hope Plumbing is awesome. My tech was Sam. He was cordial, on time, and knowledgeable. He provided several quotes and was not pushy. I trusted him. The work was done quickly and my new faucet looks great! Highly recommend.

      Response from the owner

Thank you, Egan! We truly appreciate your business.

Avoid this company at all cost. Where do I begin... I hired Hope Plumbing to do three things: (1) unclog my kitchen sink, (2) hook up the COLD water to my toilet, and (3) fix the water pressure in the shower... Here is how it worked out: Item 1: They told me that the plumbing for my kitchen sink was installed improperly, and quoted me $4k to fix it. But with the help of a friendly handyman we got the lines cleared and the sink draining in 15 minutes (simply by raising the pipes slightly in the basement). Item 2: They capped the incorrectly-routed hot water line to my toilet, and drilled into my vanity to access the cold water line... only to HOOK BACK INTO THE HOT WATER LINE! (photos attached) Item 3: They fixed the shower pressure. I'll give them that. But that was only after multiple calls and emails (as they had failed to fix this on the first visit), and they only seemed to respond when I called the after hours emergency line. And to complete this terrible experience, they up-sold me on a water softener which I didn't want or need, but went along with because I was just too busy/nice enough not to recognize the swindle that was happening. Avoid this company at all cost. For your own sake. — Edit- in response to the Owner, the invoice is attached. You will see it explicitly says "Also had a hot water line running to toilet... Disconnected hot water line to toilet and connected to cold water supply from sink." And it looks like you guys charged me $750.72 for screwing this up... In addition: You also charged me $394 to install a "designer faucet". This faucet is not a "designer faucet". It costs $40 at Home Depot, and fits the standard 3-hole kitchen sink... but I had no idea you were charging this much because the shady initial invoice had no prices applied to each line item. It was only after I disputed the charges with the financing company that I was finally sent an itemized invoice, discovering that I was ALSO charged nearly $900 to install a normal stainless steal sink (which still leaks to this day, and the worker severely damaged my countertops while installing).

      Response from the owner

Hey Karl! I'm so sorry to hear this. Although I can certainly understand your frustration, the review you posted is not entirely honest. We did not do the work in the pictures you posted. You had chatted in with us through our website that you needed a kitchen sink basin replaced, along with a faucet. Looking at your message, you stated that the contractor had also hooked up your hot water line to the toilet. We came out to install the sink and faucet that you provided, and we disconnected the hot water line from the toilet and connected it to the sink. While we were there, we noticed your kitchen sink was not draining properly. We tried to snake that on two separate occasions as a courtesy to you, free of charge. We found there to be an issue with the lines underneath, so we left an estimate for a permanent repair. You called us back as you had a pressure issue in your shower, which was from the sediment buildup in your cartridges. Due to all of that sediment buildup, our professional opinion was recommending the softener. We were able to take care of all the issues that you called us out for with no correction or issue. We had even offered a supervisor to come out and check the work, to make sure. I have tried to reach out to you a few times since. Please give us a call at 317-641-4673 so that we can get this worked out for you! Have a great day. *EDIT: That is not accurate. We do not have a $200 Invoice in our system under your account. Please provide invoice or call us to discuss. We have tried to reach out to you several times, but you will not get back to us. We had come out and provided you an exact price, you signed off on the work. When we were ready to take payment, you had several issues arise. Again, if you would like to resolve this please give us a call.
