I am so happy that I chose Horn Plumbing & Heating to repair my sewer. Scott, Jesse, and their crew were fantastic. I got several quotes, and Horn was the only company that thoroughly diagnosed my problem with a camera before preparing their quote. The location of the sewer issue in need of repair was closer to the house, so they didn't dig up as much of my yard as other companies wanted to do. They took very good care of the yard during the excavation and were the only company that offered to seed the lawn afterwards. The sewer repair was flawless. It turned out that my homeowners insurance covered the damage, and Scott and Jesse were very helpful in communicating with my insurance company. I give my highest recommendation for Horn Plumbing & Heating!

Have had lots of opportunities to deal with HVAC and plumbing companies. Most were ok. I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. However, a recent encounter with Horn Plumbing and Heating has forced my hand to warn potential customers that they should steer clear of Horn due to their unethical business practices such as charing for time they are not working on job and inexperienced technicians. I recommend not calling them unless you enjoy being overcharged and treated poorly.

We've been customers of Horn Plumbing for many years and are always impressed with their employees. Recently we had a new heater installed and the technicians, Rob & Curtis, were extremely professional, competent, patient and respectful. Both techs are great assets to Horn Plumbing.
