I have called AA Sewer & Plumbing twice. They were prompt, thorough, kind & informative. Lowell didn't quit until the problem was solved. I had called 2 companies before them and the first wanted to rip up my front lawn & charge me over $3000. The second charged me (understandably) but couldn't fix it. My bill was $275. The woman in the office was also kind, informative & proficient in getting Lowell out right away. I would not hesitate to use them again.

AA Sewer & Plumbing cleaned our septic tank because we were having a problem. We were told that the tank was fine but we would need a perk test from Oakland County and then a permit to handle any issues. Layton said he would handle it. We paid $775.00 for permit and perk test to AA. After getting the Oakland County results, we received an estimate from AA to repair our septic field per Oakland County instructions. We asked questions and finally signed the AA Sewer & Plumbing estimate/contract. Being senior citizens, with my husband on a fixed income and me working part time, paying $24,850.00 was a big decision. Work was started, and within 2 days we realized that AA had turned the whole project over to the excavating company (no mention of this in the estimate/contract). Excavating company pulled the permit, did all of the pipe laying and repair and handled everything with the county. AA did NOTHING!!!! but added money to the project to take a profit from us. $300.00 from permit bill was for AA pulling the permit - but that was not done by them. If we asked questions, Layton would say that his mother was the boss but his mother would tell me that Layton was handling everything. Before we signed the contract, I asked questions but was told that their company had to handle it since they pulled the permit. Do not believe anything this company tells you. They did do a fine job on cleaning our septic tank. And they are not licensed in Oakland County or the State of Michigan to fix a septic field - VERY DECEPTIVE!!!!!

Called today at 9 ish a tech was at our house at 11:30. Very friendly explained what he was doing. It took 4 times to snake the the line but finally broke loose. The lady whom answered the phone was very nice and professional also. I will definitely use this company again.
