We contacted HIS Plumber about a leaking toilet. The response was excellent. We were scheduled an appointment and Justin was absolutely wonderful. Justin actually installed four toilets. He is professional, timely and he left each bathroom absolutely clean (spotless). The business (payment) was handled electronically and professional. The explanation of the warranty was communicated throughly. Everyday all day we rate them 5-stars. ( I only photographed one toilet, they all look the same).

Thank you for the positive feedback! We strive to provide the same care and professionalism that we would want to receive in our own homes and we are pleased to hear that you feel this was achieved. We appreciate your business, and we look forward to hearing from you in the future. Have a blessed day! :)

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company! I had a water leak between my home and the meter. I of course panicked! His plumber showed up one hour after I received the call from the water company. They came and assessed, did the repair and I have confirmed with the water company the leak is no longer an issue. Nathan was professional, kind, compassionate. The price was extremely reasonable and they did an excellent job! I would not hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs!!

Sent from Mail for Windows Called about a blockage in main line. Wasn't guaranteed it could be fixed. When tech left, he felt like he had cleared the line. Line stayed clear for 3 days. Turned out to be a septic issue. I understand no guarantee but the issue I have is it cost $709.00 total. $562 for line clearing, $59 for service call and $88 for a stop/supply line replacement valve that cost $11.58 at Lowes. The tech also took our new (still with tag on it) water connection line that goes from the tank to the water supply. No reason for that. They are way overpriced for what was done and the time that was spent here. They were fast to respond, and the office contact was very nice but we can't afford to do business with them again.

Hi Jill, we understand it can be frustrating when you have a main blockage and then also have to pay for septic service costs. This is why we always run a camera down a line while working to clear the line and find the problem. As in your case it was 55' down where we removed baby / flushable wipes and found the line falling backwards for 15' also. We always will replace a supply line for a fixture when we install a new stop or reset a toilet as it is a matter of ensuring that such item will not leak and cause damage. Fortunately you can be assured that the stop we installed was not from Lowes and the quality is much better and won't need to be replaced in the future either. There is a cost for quality and we do appreciate that you recognized that with our response time and with our office staff. We are efficient onsite because we hire only highly skilled professionals along with using expensive diagnostic equipment to perform our work, which many other plumbing companies do not have. Thank you for your business.
