  Very prompt and was able to make it out the same day I called for a septic issue. Staff was very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of info for what may be the issue and how to care for my septic system. Highly recommend.

  We had a lift station issues at our summer camp and retreat center, and Hills Septic came to the rescue! They are not our normal septic service company, but when we were in a tight spot, they jumped to help us out. Their customer service was exceptional! Everyone we talked to on the phone, the drivers, as well as the manager with whom we spoke, were very professional and courteous. Emergency calls were responded to immediately. Without them, we would have had to make hundreds of cancellations for retreats and school groups. Moving forward, Hills Septic will be our go to!

  I highly recommend Hills Septic Service. I like the fact I don't have to remember or think about how long it's been/ filing all of the paperwork with the county every 6 years. They contact me to let me know it's time for a pump and file everything! Very friendly and prompt
