  I called on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised at the quick response. He found and fixed my leak and cleared the main drain pipe quickly and efficiently. I had purchased new toilet seats and a handicap frame, and he helped me by removing and replacing toilet seats and adding thehandicap frame to one of the toilets. The price was very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. I definitely would recommend them!!

  Quality, quick service. Would definitely use Hill Plumbing again. Michael was able to unclog the main drain and get my tub running right despite it being old, cast iron pipe. Cost was under $200 and he wore a mask (COVID-19 friendly).

  First off they charged me $50, for nothing.!! Sorry to say Hills Plumbing sent me a young guy that didn't know what he was doing, he never found the leak. Then they didn't call me back until a week later I had to call them back then they wanted to send another guy out to find the leak with a machine that would cost me $1200 just for them to come out. I end up calling a local guy starting his own business he found the leak the same day & fixed it for $300. HILLS PLUMBING IS OVER RATED.!!!

  Mr. Lamont, I apologize that you did not have a positive experience. Hill Plumbing prides its self in offering a service met with both quality and integrity. Upon your phone call, we communicated that we could send a technician out to diagnose the problem for $49.99 in which you agreed. Diagnostic or service fee is very common in our industry. This covers the fuel, travel time, wear and tear on vehicle and etc. After the technician showed up and found the problem to be a leak in the slab he recommended leak detection. The office then reached out and communicated that leak detection is required and communicated to you the cost. It is our policy, that when ever a leak is not visible or cannot be seen in a wall we want to get a leak detection company involved. The reason for this, is water will travel to least resistant path and the last thing we want to do is to leave a customers home with a bunch of unnecessary holes in the slab. The leak detection company we partner with is equipped with the latest and most advanced equipment currently on the market. As it relates to delayed communication, we did try and reach out on multiple occasions but were told you had poor reception. In addition, I would hope you understand that its unfair to compare pricing of a large company with over 60 employees to a one man crew as it relates to pricing. That being said, Hill Plumbing is happy that your issue has been resolved.
