  I had an appointment for them to come out and let me know what needed to be done to repair septic tank connection at noon. I called a few minutes of noon and the office girl said he had changed his schedule without telling her and he wouldn't be able to make our appointment..I came from NC and stayed an extra day to have this done..very unprofessional. And they didn't let me know until I called them.

  Never had problem with septic tank backing up . water never got higher than my outflow line. Hired them to pump it out and ever since then it has been backing up and very high. Called and was told may need lines. There was no problem with my lines before they pumped it out. They still havntfixed what they messed up.

  Great service! Nice business and tells you like it is. Very upfront and they will tell you what you need and what you dont so you dont waste your money. For the people that say "they didn't flatten my yard back out the best", or if your grass is messed up from the heavy equipment, THEY ARE NOT A LANDSCAPING SERVICE! THEY JUST THERE TO FIX YOUR SEPTIC SYSTEM! They do the best job they can to have your septic system running good and also fixing the yard back as best as they can. This business is one of the best local family owned businesses, with experience FOR ABOUT 50 years!
