  I called Steve late in the day with a severely clogged upstairs toilet. He set an appointment for the next day, but told me he would call back if he could break away and come to our house. 5 minutes later, he said he could, and would be there quickly. He got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price! Good guy inside and out!

  Vendor came and did work. Faucet they installed is loose. The other faucet we had repaired was still broken when they left. Had them back to repair it properly. Was told verbally they'd credit me back for work done to repair their poorly done work. That never happened. Have contacted the vendor, who ghosted us and will not contact us back. Then they lied to the credit card company that we agreed to the double charges. Shifty business.

  Steve was able to help us quickly after our water heater went out. He was efficient and professional. His rates were lower than other places I called in the area and did not have any hidden charges. My family is so glad we called him!
