We contacted Elite Rooter to unclog a bathroom sink.  One of their technicians, Emilio, was assigned to the job.  My husband and I found him to be very knowledgeable about his work and enthusiastic as well.  He took the time to explain what he was doing and tried different techniques to unclog the drain.  He was professional and considerate as well covering our carpet so as not to stain it from his equipment.  I would recommend Emilio as a reliable technician for your plumbing needs.

Kitchen drain backed up, called Elite Rooter I was told to expect the technician between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.  The office gave me a call letting me know the tech would be calling shortly, he did and was working on my drain 30 minutes later. All done within an hour. Very good service and friendly technician. I would highly recommend Elite Rooter.

Folks did a great job. Showed up same day and we’re able to snake the line. The issue was deeper though than the line so we might have to replace the p trap. Tech was great and division manager came out as well to confirm the issue. Offered a fair bid to do the work on replacing the trap.

Tree roots caused a blockage in our drainage, creating a nasty mess in the basement and an emergency for the whole house. Elite got a technician out right away. Then he got another one with a camera. They explained the issue clearly and provided a reasonable quote for the scope of work needed. We live in an older neighborhood, and neighbors had had the same issue, so we knew we were getting a necessary service at a good price.

They put us and our two dogs in a hotel for the night and got to our house to do the work the next day. From our initial contact with Dezmond to the guys who did the outdoor work, everyone was courteous and professional. Great experience!

Service was very prompt. I received a call that he was on his way and he arrived slightly ahead of schedule which was great. Highly recommend!!  The office staff was great and scheduled us right away.  Eddie came out and was very thorough and professional. He listened to our explanation of what happened with genuine concern.. Once he figured out what was going on he explained everything that needed to be done. Des visited us for an unknown/occasional foul smell and small accumulation of water. He was very professional and personable. My experience was great. Brought them out for a $79 drain service. Quickly it became obvious more action was needed. We did a more aggressive service, everything cleared out great. Jovany was very professional and clear in what action he took.

We had a nightmare situation, where a back-up floor drain, multiple clogs, and a rusted away pipe kept us from being able to use any water in our house. Though the repairs ended up taking two weeks to complete, Dario was fantastic the entire time! He was professional and responsive, and came in every day those two weeks (even the weekends) to ensure we would be back up and running ASAP. Dario did his best to keep us able to use at least some water in the house, which was so helpful and appreciated. He also was great at communicating the process with us and our landlord to keep us in the know. I highly recommend Dario and Elite Rooter for any and all needs.

I called for services to remove blockage sewer line. This is not a local company and they tried diagnostic camera. Could not remove interference in pipe.
Reset toilet without new beeswax ring & no Johnny nuts for bolts. Gentleman flushed toilet and left. I paid for diagnostics, no fix? Opened bathroom door floor standing water flooded thru to basement.
Tried contacting services Saturday and Sunday for follow up?? No voicemail messaging available or answering service. No avail for contact or fix but they have my money.
Called local company to fix problem today Monday (note no bathroom for Saturday Sunday or Monday)
I cannot recommend this company.

Cody showed up  early, he was thorough.  He was efficient and very professional.  Unfortunately,  the repair wasn't approved. But elite was more than helpful to bring the problem to the landlords attention after six days of no movement towards resolution of the issue.

I had a sewer pipe back up and called Elite for same day service. Cody called me a few hours after my original call to the company and kept me informed on when he would be arriving. When on-site, Cody worked through the problem and explained where he thought the problem may be. I ended up pulling a toilet for him to snake from but it didn’t fix the issue initially. He called his supervisor Cole who arrived shortly after with a camera. The camera ended up clearing the clog and both Cody and Cole cleaned up their equipment and explained some other services they recommend doing in the future. Overall they were both super professional and honest with what they were observing with the condition of the pipes. I have recommended Elite Rooter to a few of my colleagues and would recommend them to anyone else.

Chris and Jorge worked really well in managing a project that went from something that seemed small but turned into a nightmare for us. I called to get a quote for getting my toilet unclogged and decided to go with Elite Rooter because the dispatcher said that they had a special going on and that the cost would be $79. When the serviceman arrived I showed him to the bathroom and he explained that he was told that he'd be fixing a kitchen sink drain and that to have the toilet unclogged it would be $149. He apologized for the misquote and said that that had been happening a lot lately. I thanked him for stopping by and told him that I would be going with another company. He was very nice but it was quite an inconvenience to have someone come out for nothing to be done in the end.

Jovany initially came out to take a look at outer toilets in our town home. He could spot the problem right away, explained everything to us, and showed us what was wrong. His manager, Augustine,  came by to give us a quote and made sure we were taken care of. We had a bad experience in the past with brother's plumbing, heating, and electric. We literally got a quote for both our toilets that brother's was going to charge just for the one. The work was quick and efficient, Jovany made sure we were happy with the outcome and made sure everything was working great.

Dez and his partners did a great job dealing with a sewer clog and leak. He got us hooked up with restoration people as well. He was very responsive and professional throughout the repair.

These guys tried to sell me 1800$ worth of work that I did not need. I wouldn’t ever trust these people because there equipment is faulty and they try to just rack the bill up as high as possible. They tested my water in front and back and it was 100+ psi (or we thought) I just had my water pressure regulator into my house replaced by another company a couple months prior and they should have set it at 60 psi. I called the other company to come out and check there work and my water was truly at 60 psi. Next they needed to change a valve under my sink that was leaking but not only on the bill did they have 1 but they had 2 valves on there? I only needed 1 replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY USE SOMEONE ELSE PEOPLE!!!

Marcos is a dependable professional plumber for Elite. He explained everything in advance, gave a bottom line price before he began. So we knew exactly what to expect….  Plumbing is always expensive but it’s good to have a professional on the job ( who likes dogs and children)

Austin at Elite Rooter waited until the morning they were suppose to perform service to text me saying they weren't going to make it (with a lame excuse) and how much they "underbid" my job.  $284 plus tax and parts to Solder in a new shower valve does not seem underbid to me; quite the opposite.  They completely left me in the lurch as my tiler was coming the next day.   I texted them again later that night and then have been completely ghosted.  Terrible company and employees.  Avoid at all costs or be left to learn how to install plumbing yourself.

Austin V. was the expert who helped us out with our clogged kitchen pails. He arrived at my place, investigated and identified the problem, explained the problem and the solution, and addressed everything professionally, keeping everything clean and looking as it did before the service.  💯 recommended!

Did a service estimate for installing a cleanout in my backyard and helped to locate my main sewer line just to help me out. One of them also gave me their personal number and said that he would essentially be my personal plumber if anything else were to arise.

I'm actually sad that I can't talk about the quality of the job these folks did, because I had to go another direction.  However, I can say that they were punctual, professional, friendly and up front, and even though they tried their damnedest to get my toilet unclogged, they didn't charge me for the attempt. If I had the money to have them replace my toilet, I would definitely have hired them.

All I needed was to have an inlet line jetted and they refused to give me an approximate price of that service over the phone.  They said they HAVE to have a "technician" give a price once they are on site. That's very shady.

I found a leak in my kitchen sink this morning and was hoping I could find someone who could come today to fix it. Found Elite Rooting online, gave them a call and they set me up for an appointment this morning. Cody called prior to arriving to let me know when to expect him. He was on time, quickly discovered the issue, and provided a quote. He didn’t have the piece needed on hand so had to go get it which was fine. Didn’t take long for him to return and replace the part.  Made sure he checked that it was properly sealed and working as it should. Cody was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would definitely call them again should I require a plumber.

I'm not even sure where to begin... Daniel Rodriguez with Elite Rooter did a wonderful job and went above and beyond. Very professional and he even taught me a few things about how the plumbing pipes work together. I would definitely recommend them. Great service! I have been dealing with roots in my sewer pipes for a couple of months now.
The last company was not able to pinpoint the issue.

I called Elite today and they sent out Chris. He ran the snake and immediately realized I had a larger problem than just a plugged drain. He called out a couple of colleagues for assistance. In doing so, they were able to figure out what needed to be done for a permanent fix.
Chris, Augie and Cole were all very professional and friendly. They worked on my drains for much more time than expected, all at no extra charge. They did not quit until they had the answers.

I highly recommend using Elite for all of your plumbing needs.

Quick response and very professional. Called for a clogged floor drain, had appts available same day. Cody came out and explained that basement floor drains are either a really simple fix or complex and expensive. Determined to be faulty flood guard which costs less than 30 bucks and 5 minutes to replace. Didn’t charge me anything for his time and gave advice for doing the replacement myself. When we do need plumbing service again, no doubt going with Elite rooter.

I am a first time homeowner with less than a year in my home. To my surprise 6 months later from signing I had sewer back up. I call Elite Rooter they came out right away to assess the problem. It was almost 2 months later my plumbing is close to brand new.  I truly would not of stayed as calm but Connor and his team were very professional dedicated and amazing communication skills. Cody did an amazing job installing the shower and both toilets at my house! He always went above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. The Tech assessed the situation with me then went into action and after 50 or 75 feet of clearing everything out of our main line it was back to normal. Used this company for a major repair months ago and decided to use them again when a zone valve died on my boiler. During this first visit the technician informed me that he had zero knowledge in boiler work and would be unable to fix the issue but promised that I would receive a call from the more experienced tech. That phone call never came and I was forced to call back the following day and reschedule with someone new.

The next technician arrived and proceeded to quote me $1,400 to change out a single valve and I politely declined the offer wanting a few comparable quote. After reached out to a competitor in the area and was quoted a grand total of $363! I've attempted to reach out to a manager twice and have not received a follow-up call. I will never use Elite Rooter again and caution others against it.

They did a superb job that was really a big job
of repairing pipes in my basement, and bathroom.
I am  very satisfied with the great work they

From start to finish, the team was professional, on time, and communicative. The team promptly (reached out for an appt. they confirmed to be here in that same hour!) came to the condo to assess the drain. Aaron did an amazing job making sure the clog was taken care of, and also explained what troubles might be ahead of me since it's a condo and the pipes are all shared etc.

I did get a quote for a garbage disposal install, that I ended up going with another company due to cost, but the team was very understanding, and did try to work with the other quote I recieved.

All around, I would use them again if anything major came up.

Elite Rooter was the second company to show up today. They were definitely the most professional and personable. Jorge was respectful of our home by protecting surfaces and keeping us informed. When he discovered a problem, he did what he could do and called for help from his manager. Katie went the extra mile and helped us empty a closets. They communicated well and explained our options. We were impressed with their service.

I wasn't able to be present during the service. But the second I walked in the door from work my wife raved about the service men. Said that they were polite professional and went over and above her expectations. Explained why they needed to do what they need to do. And  Actually showed her... "not sold her". They even encountered an issue that wasn't routine. They worked the problem and had us back to no blockage issues in a short time. I can not thank them enough. They even stand by their work for 90 days. No questions. We will definitely be using them again should we encounter another issue with any of our plumbing.

Cody called about an hour before he expected to be here, giving us plenty of advance notice. He was prompt, polite, and clearly competent, completing the job satisfactorily in 30 to 40 minutes. The man called to come 30 minutes early, which can be great if I didn’t work. He was clearly disappointed that I wouldn’t be there and became annoyed. I have him an option to enter the house anyway and meet him there, still acting annoyed.
Then he tells me his service will be $450 without even trying to unclog the drain. He says “that’s how the company works”
We simply told him to leave and we’ll use someone else that will actually to the high. Without trying to take advantage of the situation.

What should have been a simple service as advertised $79 turned into. $450 without even trying to unclog the drain and use equipment.
Never will I recommend or use this company again.

Chris and Cole are amazing. I needed a water line for my refrigerator and they came through.  If I were able to give them 10 Stars I would because not only were they professional they made it easy to understand the process from estimate to actual work being done. I felt at ease and trusting of them both, something you don’t always find today! I am already setting up work and will keep them busy for a little while. My hats off to them for the pride they display in the work that they do! Thank you both. Call them you won’t regret it!!!

I called to schedule service, within an hour I received a call back with time of arrival. When Cody got here he was very polite. He went right to work to find the problem. When he found it he explained everything he doing.  Gave me an estimate of cost. I agreed and he went to work to fix everything. Even though I told him he didn't have to wear shoe covers he insisted. He was knowledgeable about his job. He made sure everything was working properly, cleaned up everything. Thank you for sending Cody to do my job.  He is a very nice young man.

Joseph came to our house a great guy, he worked at our problem with a main line clog and took his time. The clog was pretty good and he called his supervisor Daniel and he came out with another plumber and ran a camera down the hole and found the clog after running some more water they where able to get the clog cleared.  This company rocks they did a great job and price was really fair.

Only positive things to say about our experience with Elite Rooter. Aaron and Bao came by and were thorough and professional from the get-go. They called to let us know when they were on their way and worked diligently to assess our drainage issues. Called had line cleaned... Was told about hydro jetting and when I finally got the money for it come to find out they can't do it due to no outside access....  Then why tell me in the first place..... Gotta keep dealing with this b.s.

Highly recommend! I was able to schedule a technician to come out right away for a sink repair at a rental property.  Javier was there on time and was very professional, I wasn't able to be present at the property so he called to explain everything going on. He repaired the issue and was even able to give us some options to prevent this issue from happening in the future.

Miranda at Elite Rooter was super helpful, talented, and I highly recommend her! We had a leaking bathtub and a clogged sink. She did an amazing job fixing the leak and unclogging the sink. She carefully explained the issues and options for repairing and spent a lot of time making sure the issues were fully fixed. She was thorough, comprehensive, and highly professional. I had a drain clog and I called elite rooter first thing in the morning. They were able to schedule me within a couple of hours. Eddie called ahead, showed up on time and was very professional. He surveyed my issue and shared with me what he found. The line had a lot of build up as the pipes were old and original. It needed deep cleaning to remove the blockage or the line needed replacement. We discussed all options in a no pressure sales way. They respected my decision and got the tools they needed to resolve the issue in the same day. I will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing issues.

Technician Chris was very kind and helpful. His customer service was outstanding, above and beyond . He explained the problem and solutions offered to me. Very polite. Though unable to get to me at their original time, when we rescheduled Miguel was on time, polite, clean. After working hard to rooter my sink he then found a pipe that was really the problem and an easy fix. Even suggested I do it myself and save a lot of money. Didn't even charge for coming out. I definitely suggest Elite rooter. They made a wrong right and saved me money in the end.
