Higgins Sewer & Drain Cleaning was able to come out the same day we called. Very professional work. Jake knew what was wrong and was detail oriented. He was very pleasant to work with, worked hard, got our drain unplugged quickly. Affordable service, highly recommend.

Higgins has done work at my home twice.  Both times they arrived on time and completed the job as promised.  Their prices are very reasonable and these guys are honest, hard working individuals.  Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

We had a great experience at an affordable price. We had a big company come out 6 months ago for the same issue and charge us more than double and do half the work Jake did. Jake checked both lines inside and outside the house to make sure the issue was resolved. Will definitely use again.

They was out a week ago and set a appointment to come on today.  They kept on trying to do it other days when we had things going on.  I said leave it for the day it was scheduled.  Was to be here today at 9:00 had someone to come over and stay at the house.  They called and moved it to noon. So my friend got to my house at 11:30. The company called at 11:50 and moved it to 2:30 .  I texted them and said do we need to find someone else.  If the started at 2:30 they would not get done until 8:00.  So now my landlord said they are not coming at all.  What a fly by night company.  Beware.

First time using Higgins Sewer and Drain.  Neighbor referred based on a good experience he had.  They checked all of the boxes we were looking for. They arrived on time, fixed plumbing issues, reviewed work and price was exactly as quoted.  Refreshing to find somebody that does quality work and was easy to work with.   Even indicated to call them with any other issues and if they could not do work would be happy to advise and refer as appropriate. Would highly recommend for any plumbing issues.

Mark came out yesterday morning to unclog my main sewer line due to tree roots. I've had one of the big name plumbers around town out twice (Ole Bob) to fix it and not once has any of their tech's shown a tenth of the knowledge, honesty or skill that Mark did. With Mark, I had a skilled plumber, not a salesman that was trying to get me to spend thousands of dollars. He made it an easy process from start to finish. I will 100% recommend him to anyone and use his services again in the future. Thank you Mark.

The line from the kitchen down to the basement was clogged under the concrete floor.  I have had the drain cleaned before by other providers and was never satisfied with their process - they always left a mess for me to finish cleaning up.  I would give Higgins Sewer & Drain Cleaning 10 stars if I could!!  Chandler and Jake did a fantastic job.  The area in the basement where the clean-out was located was carpeted.  They protected the carpet and everything around it.  Absolutely no black muck to clean up. The price was as estimated.  Give your business to a company that deserves it - you won't be sorry!

Had Mark out and he was a true professional.  I was very impressed with the quality of his work.  I have used a lot of drain cleaners over the years but none as good as him.  He even educated my kids on how he does his work. Highly recommend. I trust his work.

This business is fantastic!  I was having water backup in my basement through the floor drain.  This was also during the rainy time which ended up creating a huge mess in my basement.  Higgins Sewer & Drain Cleaning was the ONLY company that was will to come in an look at the issue and fix the problem.  The big guys either didn't want to mess with the problem or immediately pointed the finger at the wastewater company and said that I'd probably have to dig up my sewer line since my property was older.  The technician came out and cleaned out 4 large bunches of tree roots and the water immediately started draining.  They came back a couple of days later to camera my sewer stack and sewer line and delivered great news that I had no other issues.  I was also extremely pleased with the reasonable price they charged for their services.  I will definitely use this business again when needed and for preventive measures.
