  Mike and Vin came out to assess difficulties we were having with two toilets and a sink faucet. They performed a thorough evaluation of the issues and made a diagnosis of what was needed. The toilets could be fixed, but I chose to replace them on Mike's recommendation because they were from the 1950's. I also chose to replace the faucet after Mike and Vin spent about an hour trying to fix it. They installed the new toilets and faucet the following week, as well as updating some of my shut off valves at my request. Both Mike and Vin were personable and professional. They let me observe them while working and explained what they were doing. They were timely, clean, and respectful the entire time. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will use them again if I have any plumbing issues.

  I highly recommend Herr's. There were 2 days in the same week that I needed a fast response (broken shut off valve and broken shower pipe). In both cases they arrived within 30 minutes and effectively completed the work. I'll be calling you again for bathroom upgrades!

  We called them for an emergency situation after detecting a leak within the walls. They came right away, located and fixed the leak. Mike and Vin were professional, friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend them.
