  Plumbing Solutions installed our 2nd tankless water heater. After 7 years, we had an error code appear, and I called them. They had an excellent, professional technician come out within 3 hours. The diagnosis was a replacement solenoid needed and it was installed the next morning at 8AM. Great people to work with, including technician and dispatch support.

  I have used Plumbing Solutions twice in the last year and have been satisfied with their work. The first time we asked them to quote a couple of small projects including a leak from the main water line, clogged sink and replacing leaking outdoor spigot. The estimator provided us reasonable solutions to fix 2 of these issues on our own! A couple of months later, we had them quote us for a new hot water heater install and were pleased with that work as well. Along with the permits, they sent us paperwork with clear instructions for a rebate. The estimator both times was very knowledgeable. The installers were on-time and kept the work area clean. I would definitely work with them again.

  Cracked hot water heater flooding basement (already diagnosed by utilities company). Needed a standard replacement. This company charges a diagnostics fee of $84 ("dispatch fee") and they won't give a quote over the phone (all other companies do). Their diagnosis? Cracked hot water heater.They were 35% higher than two other companies- .$2,600.00. Went with other company...out $84 - lesson learned.
