Dave took the time necessary to walk me through my old system, talk about the options for repair / replacement and to set up the install of my new system in 3 days! He was a consummate professional with the knowledge and expertise needed to set my mind at ease. Good old-fashioned honesty in service. Heritage went out of their way to schedule appointments with me that were both quick & worked with my schedule, and they called to offer me a sooner appointment when one opened up. Dave was polite & professional, and educated me about what he was doing and didn’t mind answering any questions I asked. We needed a follow-up appointment which Dave was able to schedule with the shop before he even left, for just 2 days later. Dave pointed out some minor things that needed adjusting like how our washing machine hose wasn’t mounted correctly, and fixed it for us while he was installing the new pipes. Overall, great communication, great customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if we needed assistance! Thank you so much!

Ken arrived promptly to repair and replace shower fixtures. He’s very pleasant to deal with and is upfront about the costs before beginning the job. We even discussed a future project with potential costs. Everything looks and works great, plus he cleaned up the bathroom so well you’d never know he’d been there! I recommend Ken!
