  Haynes Plumbing had replaced a water heater for us in 2016. I discovered my home had no heat on New Years Eve, 2020 and called Haynes Plumbing. Billy arrived within the hour and found several problems including my faulty thermostat. Even though the local parts house closed at noon, Haynes Plumbing was able to perform all my repairs quickly on a day that began in 8° frigid weather. The bill was extremely reasonable and I will always be grateful for Haynes' prompt and professional service.
