  I can’t believe how this company treats their customers! The owner, a lady told me someone would show up to my house at a certain time. No one ever showed and her excuse is they needed to find a part to fix my water heater. I kept texting and calling because no one was getting back to me and she was absolutely rude and lied to me about ghosting my text messages. She hangs up on me and I called her back, then she tells me they couldn’t find my part and I have to find another company while yelling at me. No one ever came to look at my problem so how would they know which part I needed or what needing fixing?? I ask her that and she yells at me again. I told her I’m going to go there in person and speak to the person in charge about the horrible level or professionalism and customer service and her response was, “I am in charge and what??! Go ahead and come. I’m going to call your warranty company and tell them to find you someone else” and hangs up on me again. I missed out on a whole days work. I still have no hot water and heating and three kids under 10 years old and this is how this company treats its customers. No remorse, empathy, and flat out demeaning and rude beyond anything I’ve ever experienced.
