  Charged $95, didn't do anything. Still have the problem they were supposed to address. Would not recommend. Did not respond to justify such a high charge for nothing. Go with a known service.

  He stated it would be late morning (the same day I called) and he was here right on time. When I spoke with him on the phone and tried explaining what the AC repair guy had told me, he knew exactly what the problem was and said yes, I needed a plumber now after the AC had done his part to help me. He was honest in saying my unit being up in the attic he may not be able to take care of the problem. Climbed up and looked around and said, yea I think we can do it. Yippee, I went in the house and when he came through the door about 15 minutes later. He was all done! Climbing up in the attic with a huge long hose and then coming back down, he was quick. I didn't have all of it in cash so he said I could get the balance to him. Very polite and didn't complain about how hot it was up in the attic space. Will definitely use him again!

  I will never use this plumber again. I don't know how he got these other stars but avoid at all costs. He was supposed to show up at 8 am to fix a tub faucet and at 4:30 pm I had to call him to see if he was even coming. He said he tried to find the place but couldn't mind you he never even tried to call, so he said he would be out the next morning at 8 am. He showed up almost 40 minutes late, walked in and told me my pipes were frozen and if they weren't they ought to be. Walked to the bathroom, pulled out the part that needed fixed and said yep it needs fixed and to call him when my pipes unfroze. My pipes weren't frozen, I shut the water off two days prior because of the leak, something I told him. He didn't even wait to let me turn the water back on. He quickly left during which I walked out to turn the water back on and sure enough my pipes aren't froze. If I could leave 0 stars I would, I'll have to settle for never using his "services" again.
