  I just had Hawk's Septic Services out for septic pump outs, and gotta tell you it was a pleasant experience. Ours hadn't been done in a long time and needed it badly. I'll start by saying customer service 10 out 10. (I'm horrible with remembering names)The office lady was super helpful with answering my questions and walked me through locating the tank. I had no idea where it was initially lol. She also figured a way to fit me into the schedule just a few days later. The technician arrived on-time, was friendly, and got the job done. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They are now my go-to for clean outs, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for septic pump outs. On top of everything great price too!

  Excellent service at a great price. The gentleman who serviced my septic system was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. No hassle, no problems. Ryan even gave gardening advice as to what was safe to plant and where. If you want to take the hassle out of routine maintenance, call Hawk’s. You’ll be glad you did.

  Best prices I found. Though I didn't actually use their services. I needed it pumped sooner than available. Thank you though, and both ppl I spoke w are very nice.
