  Twice he came. 1 for evaluation 1 to do the job. Left with no explanation then leaves voicemail he will be back on monday. Couldn't make it only found out by calling office. Told at that time be here on Wednesday afternoon. We will see. If no show hire another company

  They overcharged us, did not fix the problem and I had to pay Pro Service to come fix the job! After telling them I wanted them to come back and fix their mistake, they called and got very rude, even cursing at us. I do not recommend this place at all!

  I scheduled an appointment several weeks ago after accepting an estimate. I called the morning of the appointment to make sure someone was still coming out after not hearing from anyone, and received a call back about 20 minutes later to find out that they do not have the supplies to fix my issue. I am very displeased with the lack of communication and follow through. Not only do I still have my plumbing issue, I am missing a days pay from work. They had weeks to prepare. Update Ryan came out the following day and spent hours fixing my issue. He had a big job and went the extra mile. I am very pleased. I am changing my 1 star review to a 5. I would use Higgins again.
