  Made an appointment, rescheduled several times so my appointment was 4 weeks late. When they finally showed up they charged me 1500 for a shower pan install and then couldn't install the pan and charge me full price. It was obvious he didn't take the time to look at the materials before starting the job. It took several people to do a one man job. Really disappointed in my experience.

  After I screwed up what was supposed to be an easy installation, I wound up with a frozen valve, leaks and water dripping down from my kitchen ceiling. I called Hawaii Kai Plumbing and the lady sent Tim within an hour. He did a completely professional job, showed me where I went wrong and made sure that I was complexly satisfied. The price for an "emergency repair" was very satisfactory. Highly recommend.
