  Hatley plumbing was called out to a property I had purchased and were asked to clear out two drain lines, one toilet and one kitchen sink. It was mentioned several times it was important that both of these lines were done. I was out of state when they came to service the plumbing and I was told at the completion that both lines were cleared and I paid my bill. I found on my bill that I was charged $20 for a $4 toilet gasket for a toilet that could not be reseated. I was a little agitated at this but let it go. A couple months forward I have started work on the house and found the kitchen sink line is fully blocked. I called the office and I was told "I'll call my husband and ask him about it" No call. I called back twice more, same reply and no call. I was ready to pay a continuing labor charge to have the job finished but they wouldn't even call me back to fix their error. For the reason listed above, I can not and would not recommend Hatley Plumbing.

  Great! We had a busted pipe that was spewing water under our house. I contacted Hatley's & they sent someone out right away... they fixed the pipe and didn't charge much at all!

  I had the worst experience, do not go with this company. When choosing a company you want to be treated like a person and not a number. We had a few issues with our toliet, and tub. When they came, they arrived later than they say they would, which I don't mind I know they are busy, but what really upset me was that they ignored me while I'm asking them about the problem. I had questions for them and they ignored me, then they continue to do the job while making comments on how bad the bathroon was but not once did they tell me what's wrong, or what they where doing to my bathroom. Once they got toliet running, that rushed to fix the tub but only to make it worst. They did not fix the drain in the tub. They stocked it up with a drainer place and left. When they left not once did they say they where done or notify me what took place and how it was fixed. When they left I went to in to check on everything, the toliet flushed which is a plus, but then they left shoe prints, trash from the supplies they had, didn't fix the tub they just made it worst. When we called them back to let them know the tub wasn't fixed. They say they would be back the next morning, but it was two days before they came out. We ended up taking out the piece in the tub ourselves so we could shower. When they did come back out the second time again they rushed in and out to only let me know they can't fix it, they needed another person. So I would have to wait again. And yet this time there was a bigger mess. Mud tracks in my shower, they didn't even move my rug or bathtub mat. They got mud all over my walls and not once did they apologize. This is poor service. If they would have done it right the first time, they wouldn't have to come back out. And they have no respect for our house they make a mess and don't care. Bad quality.
