  On two separate occasions my mother has had a pipe burst in her home. The first time I contacted Chad Thompson to have it repaired and never got a response, even after making a follow up call since I’d left a message the first time. Just this week she had another pipe spring a leak and she reached out to him for repair. He said he would come by the following day and fix it. He never called, he never came by, and now it’s the third day. Fortunately her neighbor, who has been generous enough to let her borrow water and come to her home for showers, reached out to her plumber Steve Burleyson for help. He and his son came by today, the leak has been repaired, and she now has operable plumbing. To say I’m irritated with the lack of professionalism I’ve seen from Chad Thompson would be an understatement. My mother is nearing 72 years of age and definitely should not have been subjected to sitting in her home all day, waiting for someone who said they were coming by and failed to do so. The lack of common decency, to make a simple phone call, is what irritates me the most. He has received the last call from me, or anyone else that I can save the headache. From what I’ve heard he does excellent work, however that’s yet to be seen and now I guess I’ll never know.

  Chad Showed up on time and fixed my issue with my clogged sink. He was VERY pleasant and his price is VERY Reasonable! I would Recommend Him to anyone looking for a plummer! Thanks Chad Thompson!
