  Heater went out and I when I answered the door to I told him dont come in through here, and before I could get another word in he left. I get it I'm sick, but its 0° and I got kids, there's a cellar door that leads to the heater. Instead of being rude give someone a second to explain what's going on.

  0° in the dead of winter and the furnace blower motor locked up. Tim came and was able to replace the motor and get it running in a little over an hour. Then shared some helpful tips on some foundation air leaks that caused our pipes to freeze. Took the advice and made the repairs myself and didn't have a pipe freeze the rest of the winter.

  Because we did not buy an air conditioner from him he said he would not have anyting else to do with us after he fixed our air conditioner. He was very rude and offered to take less money if we paid in cash. I assumed it was to get out of paying taxes.
