I am very happy with their service and customer service. Had been searching for a refrigerator to match my present appliances which appear to be black glass and finally found a counter depth GE brand that would match. Heather was unable to order because of the pandemic putting the factory so behind on previous orders that they could not accept new orders until caught up..a long wait and Heather was able to place the order. It arrived and was delivered by two service men who removed a 30 year old Sub Zero and installed the new GE in a bit under one hour. Now that's what I call service!!

Was super impressed with the delivery men, very professional. I was especially impressed that even after I told them not to worry about wiping there feet, they knocked the snow off there shoes before coming in! The stove that I bought was not super fancy, but even so he made sure that I understood how everything worked and made sure I didn't have any questions! Great job! Will for sure use them again when I need any other HVAC service!!!

As always a good transaction. They're willing to listen and tell you the good points and bad points of the different avenues. They've taken care of my heat, air conditioning and now hot water heater. Always been satisfied and had my questions answered fully. Professional crew.. they will remain my repairman!
