  The only reason I'm giving this company one star is because it's not possible to give it zero. I contacted them regarding a time-sensitive residential project. The manager came to my home, assessed the job and told me he would send me a written estimate in a few days. Not having heard anything after 10 days, I left several messages (no one answered the office phone), but did not get a return call. Finally I reached the manager on his cellphone and he told me he was waiting for numbers from one of his contractors, which he expected to have by the next day. Several more days passed and I called again to follow up. The manager responded several hours later with a terse text message telling me that he was out of town and could not bid on my job in a timely manner. No apology or thank you or any further follow-up. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  This general contractor is a highly professional, reliable, and dynamic company that has rescued me twice from bad work done by other contractors. The first time I learned about Harry Braswell was when my house was about to go up in flames because of a bad electric job associated with renovating my basement. I called, and Braswell's folks were at my house within an hour to secure the safety of my home. When I saw their work, I hired them to renovate my house and they did a beautiful job! Since then, I've had an insurance company's production crew knock on my door wanting to put my home in a commercial and numerous real estate agents compliment me on the curb appeal of my house, saying its the most attractive on the block! Most recently I had a water problem that my homeowners insurance company handled and sent a contractor that caused some damage and was taking months to fix the damage. I finally realized that ONLY Harry Braswell's company could do the job up to my standards and in a timely manner. They are working on it now and it looks BEAUTIFUL! But not only does it look beautiful, I know the foundation of the work is solid, the best craftsmanship, and exceeds code requirements. As a final note, I want to compliment not just this company for its work but for its employees. All of them are exceptional in that they are professional, dedicated, experienced, and have many creative ideas and solutions. I suppose they own these qualities because Harry Braswell, himself is this way. I will never forget how I called this company after the earthquake, worried about an interior wall in my home. Harry Braswell, himself, came out to check within one hour of my call. You can't find a better contractor! No way, no how!
