  Andy showed up at my shop to try to unclog a drain I had clogged. As soon as he got there he was nothing but rude and disrespectful. Asking “where’s the clogged drain”. Not even saying who he was what he was there for or a simple good morning. Further getting into the problem he says He couldn’t get it out and says “it’s fucked” and “I don’t know” to what’s down there and couldn’t give me any information. He was there for 15-20 min and wasn’t helpful at all. Then proceeds to send me a bill for $375! When a local company tried for over an hour and only charged me $25. Tried contacting him and no response. Highly don’t recommend calling him!

  Andrew was great to deal with, I needed help in an emergency and he stepped up to the plate to help me out. Will definitely call him again. When you call you get a person and not a machine.
