If I could give zero stars, I would. Refused to honor my warranty claim that I submitted 2 months prior to the warranty expiring. They initially said they could send someone out for $175 then told me what “I” needed to do to fix it since it was an easy fix supposedly. Tried what they advised and didn’t work. Reached back out to them and they stated they could not do any work at my home. Huh?!! When I asked to see that in writing, they ghosted my calls and text. HORRIBLE company and I’ll be going through litigation for their refusal to honor my warranty claim

Water heater pilot light.  Called three times, no answer on their so-called emergency line.  Waited 5 minutes to be transferred to someone's personal mobile phone voicemail.

I am in warranty and they I have issues with water heating system. They gave me appointment after 3 business days. The response is not at all pleasing.

This company was used by my builder, when my home was built and they ended up getting fired from the job. It has been a few years and so far I have had to replace the main waterline because they ran a 2 inch pipe into a smaller pipe then back to a 2 inch pipe--against code I learned! It burst and cost me over $1,000 to have it replaced.

AND....They forgot (or did not care to) to seal the main sewer line that leaves the house, so during a big storm we had water in the basement. There is more, but I do not have the room to list it all. If you use this company do yourself a favor and put money aside for the repairs that will surely come your way after they have finished.

I have dealt with Kenny from Hallway on two separate occasions.  The first time, he came to our brand new home to replace a faulty pressure regulator valve.  I called them under the new home warranty and he was there within an hour.  He knew exactly what needed to be repaired and was very pleasant and professional!  This weekend, we had a water leak and I called the emergency number at 1 pm on Saturday.  Kenny came to our home an hour later and diagnosed the problem.  He returned on Monday with the equipment to make the repair.  Even though we were out of the one year new home warranty, he determined that the issue was caused during the construction of our home.  The repair was made with no out of pocket expense to us.  They have great customer service and response time!
