  Halifax Plumbing was responsive at first, and came out to our home to give us estimates on moving plumbing around for our renovation. My husband excavated all of the concrete himself and did all of the digging to prep the areas for the plumbers to just come in and do the pipe and drain relocations. We called back four separate times to try and schedule the work, and they said they would call us back every time. When I called back the fifth time, the front desk employee gave me the plumber's email so I could try and get in touch with him that way. I sent two emails with photos of the excavated areas, and never received a response. Two weeks of trying to get a hold of them, and I gave up. I went with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing instead, and they have been GREAT. Now it has been over three weeks since we have tried to schedule with Halifax Plumbing, and they STILL have not contacted us back. We feel completely ghosted by them, and find this very unprofessional. We do not recommend them based solely on lack of communication to even get scheduled.

  The owner, Mr. Joseph is very helpful and all his workers are knowledgeable and friendly. They are very helpful every time. Fixed toilets, installed new hot water heater fixed outside faucets. Thank you for continued great service

  The plumber was nice but when we asked for a quote we were told it would take about two hours at 110 per hour per each plumber or about $450.well took them 1 hour but we still got charged 450 anyway.they claimed they dont charge by the hour and we were charged a flat rate. Big lie.I woul not recommended these people.
