  Very happy with their service and can only recommend. I was referred to them after having to pay for estimates by several other plumbing companies after my handyman told me he could not do the job for me. I called, had a free estimate is 48 hours and was told when they could be here to do the work. They were on time, clean and I had the feeling they went way beyond what the had promised to do. Carmen was great and even stopped by the following day to check if all was okay. He discovered a unrelated problem and fixed it without charge extra. I will use them again should the need arise! Nice to have someone dependable to call.

  I called one morning while I was at work (it was an outdoor problem) and within 20 minutes of me calling, someone was at my house. I got home from work the same day, and the problem was fixed. Highly recommend Bill Shafer Plumbing

  Replaced our water heater in just 2.5hrs, was very nice and explained everything. Reasonable pricing too. Would definitely recommend! 🙂
